Meet the Executive - Les Holmlund

This is part of a series of profiles of the people who serve on the executive board of the CAGP Saskatchewan South Chapter.

While not technically a board member, as our contract communications and administration consultant, Les Holmlund, plays a vital role in helping CAGP Saskatchewan South connect with its members.

Les joined CAGP Saskatchewan South in 2018. In this role, Les manages the chapter website, sets up events in the CAGP events system, and manages the chapter's Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages. He manages social media advertising around campaigns such s Leave a Legacy, and also helps out at in-person events.

In 2020, Les set up a new chapter blog and monthly newsletter. A communications sub-committee of the board was struck, and that sub-committee provides Les with direction for content, marketing and communications.

In his day job, Les works for Tourism Saskatchewan as a Digital Strategist. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, swimming, cycling, playing and listening to music, playing hockey (when pandemics allow!), and cheering on the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Winnipeg Jets.
